Behind El Cacaotal and Ciclos Café are two people who have dedicated their work to enhancing cacao and coffee from their origins. Amanda and Felipe combine technical knowledge, field experience, and rigorous curation to connect producers with consumers, always with an eye toward quality, traceability, and sustainable development. Alongside them, a team of tasters, baristas, roasters, and brewers supports their daily work, combining expertise to take care of every detail of the experience.

Tastings
Our tastings and pairings will challenge everything you thought you knew about cacao, chocolate, and coffee.
We designed different programs and it’s up to each group to choose which intrigues them most. In every experience, you will explore the diverse flavors of Peruvian coffee and cacao.
To take your pairing experience to the next level, we also pair coffee and chocolate with natural wine, pisco, and Peruvian tea.
