How do our tastings work

Each tasting is designed so that the selected ingredientes reflect the diversity of flavors of Peru’s coffee and cacao. Participants will learn about the basic steps for evaluating chocolate and/or coffee. In addition, we will guide them in an introduction to the history of these fascinating ingredients, as well as the work of the farmer behind them.

Where are the tastings

Our tastings are conducted in-person in our tasting room, an area shared with our curated collection of curated chocolates. It is a private space with conditions that are meticulously controlled so as to be able to evaluate the samples. Its maximum capacity is 16 participants. Experiences are scheduled in advance according to the availability of our tasting room.
